Hi! I’m Craig Shank and I’m a software engineer at The Walt Disney Company. I’ve spent my career making sense of complex situations and helping others succeed in streaming, radio, and television.
My approach to work is to put people first. Accessibility, equity, and empathy are my guiding principles. Creating environments where people can feel whole and do their best work helps us all improve.
